Veterinary Receptionist

As a child, when Kait was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, her answers ranged from veterinarian, to zoologist, and even cat cafe owner. One thing was clear, she wanted to be around animals. Kait’s first job was at an emergency animal hospital as an assistant where she quickly discovered her passion for the veterinary field. However, through other experiences in life, she also fell in love with customer service. Being a receptionist at All Creatures Animal Hospital is a perfect blend of both.

Kait believes in being there for ACAH’s clients every step of the way. From the joys of getting a new pet, the worries of when they’re sick, and to the hardest part of having to say goodbye, her main focus is to care and support the owners and to love each animal like her own. She appreciates that everybody at the hospital has the same dedication.

When she’s not behind the reception desk at All Creatures, she can be found at home with her three cats Feather, Bowie, and Pneumo. And as much as she enjoys her career now, her dream is to one day work with leopards, tigers, and other big cats.
