Missed Appointment Policy

The Team at All Creatures Animal Hospital is dedicated to Putting Pets First and creating an environment of being Good Neighbors. An increased level of missed appointments and last-minute appointment reschedule requests (less than 24 hours’ notice) is creating a scenario where we may not be able to see real time patients in need of timely care.

Beginning February 1st, 2023, we will be implementing a scheduling deposit program:

  • If a pet parent(s) accumulates more than three missed appointments, or combination of missed appointments and last minute reschedules, there will be a $75 deposit required for each new appointment or procedure per pet; Anesthetic procedures will require deposit of the low end of estimate.
  • When a newly scheduled appointment is kept, the $75 per pet deposit will be applied to the current appointment invoice(s).
  • We understand that emergencies and traffic back-ups happen within our community and will work to accommodate as best as we can.
  • We truly stand behind the pillar of “Putting Pets First” and work diligently to ensure all pets in our community can be treated in a timely fashion and have their health needs met daily.
