OUR CURRENT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

We are happy to announce that we are once again welcoming our clients into the hospital with their pets! While we’re excited to have you in our building again, we’re still taking some precautions to minimize the risk of illness, including limiting appointments to one person per pet and asking that you wear a mask when inside the building.

If you prefer to continue to use curbside care and wait in your vehicle, we are happy to accommodate that preference as well.

Upon arrival to our parking lot please contact us at (360) 377-3801. We will send an assistant out to your car to get your pets history and then they will take your pet into the clinic for its examination and/or treatments. Further communication regarding treatment plans etc. for your pet may be done via phone communication with the doctor or a staff member will come out to your vehicle to review information and give recommendations. We will process your invoice over the phone with credit cards and email a copy of your invoice to you, as well as any discharge instructions recommended by your loved one’s veterinarian.
